Strategy Teams
The 10-Year Plan's "workforce" consists of volunteers that develop and refine nationwide best practices for local implementation. Divided into four strategy teams, our volunteers utilize their personal and professional skills to serve as liaisons to the agencies, groups, and individuals that work tirelessly to help the homeless community find their way back to permanent housing.
Support and Services
The 10-Year Plan's Circles of Support Mentor project started as an idea and is now becoming a fast reality thanks to the hard work of our volunteers!
Permanent Housing
This strategy team focuses on connecting the HPRP dots and advocating for more permanent supportive housing.
Prevention & Engagement
Led by Don Skinner of Phoenix Employment Ministries, projects like S.O.A.R and Discharge Planning have taken root in this strategy team.
Data Collection & Evaluation
This strategy team is responsible not only for measuring the success of the 10-Year Plan but also improving the Point-In-Time count and our area’s HMIS accuracy.
